Condition
This item is in fantastic shape for its age! The gorgeous cover shows edge wear, light crease lines, and small tearing at the bottom corner. The back cover (right side of photo #5) has creases and had been dog eared. The interior pages are mostly clean, but there are dog eared corners on almost every page. What I call page 2, has a small pen mark. The back inside page has brown spots (left side of photo #5). Please see photos for details. Use zoom. Convo with any questions.
