Vintage English Hunting Dog Statue on Marble Base Bookends AsIs Setter Bookends Marble and Bronze Bookends Set of Two Library Decor

A lovely pair of bronze English setter dog bookends/sculptures.

These fabulous hunting dogs were made in via a lost wax process and are attached to a marble base. Please see condition below; front leg is reattached.

Condition:
The piece is in good vintage condition with age appropriate wear. The bases have a few small nicks in the stone. As you can see in the photos, one of the statues needs mending on his back left ankle. Initially, the front left paw was not fixed to the base. I was able to re attach with the original screw that was inside the little hole under the felt. This now makes the statue stable and the back leg break less noticeable. Please see photos for more details and don't forget to use the zoom feature!
