Clear vinyl with pink blossoms and green leaves. I love the pink candy cane style handle with the metal tassle.

This item is in vintage condition with lots of wear for use as a display item. See picture 8 for the rips near the top. There are also two small cuts in photo #10. Please see photos for more details and don't forget to use the zoom feature!
