OPA stands for Office of Price Administration which was responsible for rationing items during second world war. These tokens were exchanged for canned goods, meats, sugar, coffee, tires, gas, meats, and fats. They were originally issued in 1944 and stopped being issued in 1945.
There were a total of 30 different red tokens and 24 blue tokens.
